with a total apartment footprint of just under 700 total square feet, the 15ft x 15ft living area is designed to accommodate a myriad of functions and relieve the more intimate spaces within the apartment.
almost all the existing materials remain untouched to celebrate the “found space” that reflects the history of the building. new materials introduced through furniture draw inspiration from industrial design, embodying an honesty to form and function that resonates with the everyday.
